Plus a $25 non-refundable application fee with every application (covers review/processing). Seasonal packages can be paid upfront or in 2 installments. All fees are paid before your first market.

$25 non-refundable (covers review/processing; due with application).
Early Bird Discount
$50 off Seasonal packages through March 1, 2027.
Payment Options
Pay in full, or in two installments: 50% at approval and 50% by May 15, 2027 ($25 late fee). Everything is paid before your first market.
Refunds & Rainouts
50% refund on booth fees if you withdraw by April 30, 2027; no refunds after that. The $25 application fee is non-refundable. Rained-out markets earn a credit, not a refund.
Sales Tax
Vendors collect and remit their own sales tax.
Add-Ons
Electric hookup ($50/season if available), extra space ($100/season), shared table rental ($10/week). Tables, chairs, and tents available to rent as well.
Application Review & Selection
First-come priority + balance categories. Notify within 7 days. Waitlist for overflow.
Lakeside Market Application
Have these ready:
- Business Info: Legal name, owner name, phone, email, mailing address, website/social.
- Product Details: Full list of items for sale (with photos of products/setup). Category (produce, baked goods, crafts, etc.). Confirmation that items are grown/made by you (or family/farm).
- Licensing: Copies of any MDARD/cottage food/self-certification, food handler certs (if applicable).
- Insurance: Proof of $1M liability policy.
- Experience/References: Other markets attended (optional but helpful).
- Space/Electric Needs: Tent size, power requirements.
- Signed Agreement: To rules, fees, and cancellation policy (50% refund if you withdraw by April 30, 2027; none after).
